Who is Claudia?

Claudia Flores is a certified executive coach with both national and international certifications. She has 22 years of experience in the financial industry, with 18 years in credit unions. She has held leadership roles in lending, operations, and training, where she found her love for coaching. She attended the Southwest CUNA Management School and is a member of the 2019 graduating class.

Claudia is passionate about helping others reach their goals and realizing the potential that others can’t see in themselves through coaching.
